Welcome to SKEW – A Whole New Dining Experience. The heart of Bishops Stortford, situated on the beautiful river Stort, we bring you fine food, live entertainment, Al Fresco dining, cocktails & more. 

Our food is cooked with passion & pride, derived from our Mediterranean heritage. At home we spend hours creating dishes with diverse and memorable flavours. So it’s only natural that we expect the same when we dine out.

Robin and Mohammed and all the staff are pleasant and efficient. Great choice on the menu particularly the Sunday roasts and cocktails. The outside dining area overlooking the canal is perfect for the Summer. One of the most amazing restaurants me and my family have ever been to! Everyone was very attentive, especially Eyup!!! He was amazing, such a lovely, attentive waiter. Everyone took alot of interest to my little boy William! It was my mums birthday and everyone came and sung happy birthday to her! The atmosphere was amazing! Music was great, food was beautiful!
